As a child I started learning about nutrition to improve my health challenges. As an adult, living in Europe, I catapulted my health by learning holistic and functional methods, nurturing a healthy gut microbiome, embracing a mindful life, incorporating a work life balance, learning the Pilates method in Joseph’s homeland, living in a toxic free environment, and eating a pesticide and GMO-free diet. My mission is to help others catapult their health by eliminating the trial and error and quickly and personally guide them to better health inside and out. I have incorporated all that I learned and lived into my passion of helping others. I have brought together 25 years of functional nutrition schooling, coaching, Pilates and worldly experience, into 5 areas that can bridge the gap of where you are and who you want to be.
